Getting verified as a church or nonprofit

When you set up your organization, choose church or nonprofit and add your EIN or your congregation's website.

What we check

That the organization exists and that you're connected to it, usually from a public website, directory listing or IRS record. Wards and branches can use the congregation's meetinghouse listing.

Before you're verified

Your events work right away. Until verification is done, new organizations have lower limits on public sign-ups, which keeps Pin from being used for spam.
