Selling tickets?
The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Pin's fee is small and gets smaller on bigger plans. Stripe's standard processing fee applies on top.

What if more people sign up than my pass covers?
We let you know when you're close and offer the next size up. Sign-ups never stop unless you choose to close them.
Who counts as a church or nonprofit?
Any congregation, ministry or registered nonprofit. We confirm it with your EIN or your website before your first public event.
What happens when we use up our texts?
Email reminders keep going. You can add a text pack anytime, and you set a monthly limit so there are no surprises.
What happens to everyone's information afterward?
Names and contact details are deleted automatically after the event, 90 days by default. We never sell or share them, and there are no ads.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Anytime, from your settings. Your events stay up through the month you've paid for.
