From the first announcement to the last dish washed.
Five steps, and only the first one takes any work. Here's what happens from the day you set it up to the day everyone walks in.
Make the event
Pick a starting point, then change the date, place and what you need people to bring. A potluck takes about five minutes.
Start from
Potluck dinnerService projectYouth activityClass or workshopStart blankIncludes RSVPs, a dish list, volunteer jobs and rides. Turn off anything you don't need.
Share it everywhere at once
Every event gets a short link and a QR code. Put the code on the flyer or in the program, post the link on Facebook, send it by email. It all lands on the same page.
People sign up in a minute
No account, no app, no password. A name and a phone number or email, then they say who's coming, claim a dish and ask for a ride if the event offers rides.

Your dashboard shows the head count, the gaps and who still needs a ride. Got sign-ups on paper or by phone? Add them in and every count stays right.

Reminders went out on their own. At the door, a greeter checks people in on a phone and adds anyone who just showed up.
