Who we are

Pin (pin.events) is provided by DKP Growth Partners ("we"). These terms cover organizers who create events and people who sign up for them. By using Pin, you agree to them.

Organizers

You must be at least 18 and, if you set up an organization, allowed to act for it.

You're responsible for the events you create, the information you ask for and how you use it. Ask only for what the event needs. Don't use Pin to send spam, collect information you don't need, impersonate anyone, or run events that break the law.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Event Passes are one-time purchases for a single event.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pin to harass anyone, collect information for purposes unrelated to the event, sell or rent sign-up lists, post illegal or hateful content, send messages people didn't ask for, or try to break, overload or get around Pin's security. Don't create events that pretend to be another person or organization.

Report an event that breaks these rules with the link on its page or at abuse@pin.events.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it so your event works, and we remove it when you delete it or your organization's data is deleted.

We may hide or remove events that are reported and break these terms, and suspend organizations that misuse Pin.

If you believe something on Pin infringes your copyright, email abuse@pin.events with the page, the work and your contact details, and we'll remove it if the claim is valid.

Church and community data

Signing up for a church or community event can show that someone belongs to or attends that group. We never use sign-up information to market to anyone, never sell it, and never share it except with the organizer of that event and the services that run Pin.

Paid tickets

Ticket payments go to the organizer's own Stripe account. The organizer is the seller and handles refunds and disputes. Pin charges a platform fee shown on the pricing page.

Ending your account

You can close your organization anytime from settings or by emailing support@pin.events. You can export your data first. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Disclaimers and limits

Pin is provided as is. We work to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell organizers by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
