For guests: your information and how to delete it

The organizers of the event see your name, how many are coming, what you signed up for and the contact you gave. Other guests see only first names next to claimed dishes, if the organizer turns that on.

How long it's kept

Your details are deleted automatically after the event, 90 days by default unless the organizer chose a different period.

Deleting it sooner

Cancel from your confirmation link, or email privacy@pin.events and we'll delete your information.
