Reminders and text messages

Everyone who signs up gets an email confirmation with a private link to change or cancel.

Automatic reminders

By default, guests get a reminder 3 days and 1 day before the event at 9 AM in the event's time zone, with what they're bringing and their link. You can change the times or turn reminders off for any event.

Replies

Pin's emails come from a send-only address, so replies don't reach anyone. Each email shows the event's contact so guests know who to call or email instead.

Text messages (coming soon)

Guests will be able to check a box to get text reminders. Texts go only to people who asked, only between 8 AM and 8 PM, and anyone can reply STOP at any time. Organizers can't sign someone up for texts.
