Rides

Rides are optional for each event. Turn them on in the event editor and the sign-up page asks who needs a ride and who can drive.

The ride coordinator

Give one person the ride coordinator role. They see requests and offers side by side and match them; both people get an email.

Privacy

Pickup addresses are encrypted and visible only to the ride coordinator and your organization's owners and admins. When a rider agrees, the matched driver sees the address too.

Day before

If requests are still unmatched the day before, the ride coordinator gets a reminder with who still needs a ride.
